Is Charge.com compatible with my website and online shopping cart?
Because we offer multiple payment gateway options, Charge.com is compatible with virtually all of the online shopping carts on the Internet. Additionally, Charge.com provides a free online shopping cart to all of our Internet merchants.
Will my Charge.com merchant account seamlessly integrate with eBay?
Yes! Charge.com’s U.S. merchant accounts can be configured to work with eBay’s checkout system, giving you seamless, fully integrated checkout for all of your eBay sales.
Do I need to open a new bank account for my merchant account?
No. All of the funds you collect from credit card transactions are deposited directly into the bank account of your choice. You can even have the funds deposited directly into your personal checking account if you wish.
Do I receive any training on my software or terminal?
It does not take much training to learn, and you will be fully trained on all equipment at NO charge.

What is the Discount Rate?
The discount rate is the percentage of each transaction that the credit card processing company charges to handle the transaction for you. Our discount rates are exceptionally low, starting at only 0.25%.
What are the Checks by Web, Phone and Fax Software fees?
The only cost is 5 cents per check. The check software is FREE (up to $300 value).
Other companies take up to 60 days for charges to appear as cash in my account. When can I expect the money from my sales to appear as cash in my bank account?
The money will appear in your bank account within 24-72 hours.
What is Real-Time transaction credit card processing?
Real-Time transactions allow your customers to submit their credit card information over the World Wide Web, and the charge is automatically approved within seconds. No person needs to be present for the transaction, so you can be making credit card charges literally while you sleep. The funds will appear in your bank account within 48-72 hours of the transaction.
When I charge my customers, how will the charge show up on their credit card statements? Will it show my business name or does it show Charge.com?
Charge.com’s name does not appear anywhere on your customers’ credit cards statements. Only your business name will appear. This is the only truly professional way to do business–a fact that other credit card processors do not respect.

When my customers enter in their credit card information at my website, will they be routed to a Charge.com payment page or can my customers stay at my website during the entire checkout process?
This can easily be setup either way. You can route your customers to Charge.com’s checkout page or you can seamlessly integrate your checkout process using our free API for “behind the scenes” credit card processing where your customers never leave your website.
